This Dry Hopped Pilsner was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Vaulted Oak Brewing in Charlotte. We took a lot of inspiration from Birrificio Italiano’s Tipo Pils when developing this one. Kettle hopped with Saphir, Saaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh and delicately dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Fermented cold and slow and lagered for four weeks. This is pouring on our side pull tap which provides a silky smooth head of foam that is well worth the wait! We’re tasting crispy baguette, floral perfume and mild berry notes.

This beer is medium bodied with a velvety creaminess from an addition of milk sugar. We’re tasting bakers chocolate, Cuban cortados and cake donuts sprinkled with brown sugar. Brewed with a base of Maris Otter and layered with a variety of chocolate, roasted and crystal malts. Pairs well with chilly nights by the fire or maybe a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a luscious stout float!

This rich and decadent Porter was brewed with a base of 2-row malt and a host of chocolate and crystal malts. We conditioned this one on a generous helping of cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and freshly roasted coffee from Mooresville’s own Black Powder Coffee.

Our signature IPA, Wedding Crasher has an assertive bitterness, a solid malt backbone, and a dry finish. A host of classic American hops impart notes of fresh-cut pine, grapefruit zest, and muddled melons.

Brewed with 2-row, vienna and white wheat. Kettle hopped with Michigan gown Cascade and German Saphir and then responsibly dry hopped with even more Cascade and Saphir. This is the table beer of pale ales. Endlessly crushable and highly approachable. We’re tasting sun kissed tangerines, a delicate flower bouquet and the first days of spring.

This Sour IPA was brewed with pilsner, munich, white wheat, and malted oats. We hopped this one in the kettle with mosaic, then conditioned it atop of gobs of strawberry puree, dried rose hips, and vanilla before a generous dry hop of even more mosaic. The resulting beer is bright, spritzy, and decidedly tart. We’re tasting pink starbursts, mixed berry sorbet, and strawberry preserve spread on whole-wheat toast.

This Sour IPA is hopped this one in the kettle then conditioned with guava and mango puree. The resulting beer is bright, spritzy, and decidedly tart. It makes us think of the long summer nights and the lights of the Aurora Borealis.

Streamline Hotel is brewed with North Carolina malt grown within 30 miles of our brewery. Kettle hopped with Azacca, Centennial, and Michigan grown Cashmere. Dry-hopped first with a blend of fresh Azacca and Centennial, and then again with another dose of Azacca. This IPA has some lovely tropical and citrus fruit notes that are anchored by a healthy malt bill and a soft piney bitterness. We’re tasting Valencia oranges, ripe pineapple, and soft pine.
Bit of trivia on this one: Streamline Hotel is a real hotel in Daytona, Florida. Can you guess the significance to Mooresville, NC?

Semi-dry cider. Next, the carbonation adds a bit of liveliness to brighten the impact. Then the flavor follows with a deceptively sweet juicy fruit gum profile. Finally, the flavor trails off into pear and a mineral dryness in the finish. Enjoy this medium-light bodied, light golden-hued cider.
